ESSENTIAL FOCUS:
Exit restrictions:
- restrictions in general (exit visa required, bureaucratic curtailment of freedom to leave one's own country) - example : Iraq, North Korea
- U.S.A. : restrictions imposed on travel to some "inconvenient" countries, for instance
Cuba and Libya
- in some states there may be alleged restrictions imposed on travel to a particular state,
e.g. Libya, Syria
Difficulty in obtaining a passport or other travel documents:
- financial difficulty
- collapsed state administration, e.g. Somalia, Afghanistan
- various red-tape obstacles
Visa duty:
- Documentation of visa & travel conditions from every country to every other country
